Since that time its membership has grown to one hundred and three active
officers and many retired officers. We also have a very large associate base.
The main goal of FOP#91 is to maintain a fair and safe working environment
with the City of Mishawaka. Working with the City leadership we have been able
to achieve this.
FOP#91 is a community minded organization. We give of our money and time
to several charities in our area helping to make Mishawaka Indiana
a great place to live.
In 1995 the FOP was able to open its own building. Prior to this we operated from a desk in
the basement of the police station. Our building is now the largest event hall in the area.
We as Police Officers take great pride in being members of the Fraternal Order of Police.
We will as the Mishawaka charter of the FOP continue to carry on the great traditions and goals
of this organization.
